Frightened About Vax-Associated Aspect Results? Breath Simpler One 12 months Out

Frightened About Vax-Associated Aspect Results? Breath Simpler One 12 months Out
Picture by RODNAE Productions on Pexels.com

I am at my one 12 months anniversary of getting Pfizer’s COVID-19 vax. I am beginning to fear much less about antagonistic results, not that I ever misplaced a lot sleep over it. Fortuitously, I am listening to no chatter at my hospital about requiring the boosters. But I do not hear any of the vax mandators saying “we had been fallacious.” A relative of mine is trying to find a job now and stories that the nice majority of posted jobs nonetheless require the vax. Unbelievable!

The affected person is sensible to look away. When you watch the needle go in, it’s going to harm extra.

From Steve Kirsch:

Many individuals assumed the vaccine kills you rapidly (within the first two weeks) as a result of that is when individuals discover the affiliation and report it to VAERS [Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System in the U.S.]. That is nonetheless true; it does kill some individuals rapidly: half of the deaths reported in VAERS are within the first few weeks.

However the important thing phrases are “reported in VAERS.” It seems that if we do not have that restriction however are simply questioning when many of the deaths after COVID vaccination occur, the reply is totally different.

Because of a helper [whistleblower] who works at HHS [Health and Human Services in the U.S.], we are able to now clearly see that many of the deaths from the vaccine are taking place a mean of 5 months from the final dose. That’s for the second dose; it might be getting shorter the extra photographs you get however there are arguments each methods (since there may be survivor bias). Utilizing information from the UK, we are able to see extra clearly that the delay time is round 23 weeks (so a bit greater than 5 weeks). We’ll dive into that shortly.

This delay explains why the life insurance coverage corporations obtained off-the-charts all-cause mortality peaks for individuals below 60 in Q3 and This autumn [3rd and 4th quarters of 2021] quite than proper after the photographs rolled out.

The 5 month delay can also be according to dying stories the place persons are growing new aggressive cancers which might be killing them over a 4 to six month interval.

The 5 month dying delay was additionally confirmed utilizing solely European information. That evaluation was posted Aug 11, however I realized about it after I wrote this put up.

So once you hear of a dying from stroke, cardiac arrest, coronary heart assault, most cancers, and suicide that’s taking place round 5 months after vaccination, it might very properly be a vaccine-related dying.

Kirsch concluded that:

The UK information reveals statistical proof of causality of deaths (p<.001): the vaccine doses observe with the surplus deaths 23 weeks later. Dose dependency is essential to exhibiting causality. If nobody can clarify this, the precautionary precept of medication requires any moral society to halt the vaccines now.

This graph, which isn’t publicly obtainable, is from the US Social Safety dying grasp file. It compares deaths from 2021 to deaths in 2020. You merely can not get such an increase in deaths like that except one thing very lethal is affecting large numbers of individuals. This explains why insurance coverage corporations all around the world had been seeing large dying spikes in Q3 and This autumn of 2021. The vaccine was merely taking a mean of 5 months from the latest injection to kill individuals. The height right here is September 9, 2021.

In what’s presumably associated information, guess what is the high killer in Alberta, Canada, at the moment. “Unwell-defined and unknown causes.” I might count on that out of an undeveloped, third-world nation, however not Canada. Are they making an attempt to cover one thing?

AI content platform Jasper raises $125M at a $1.5B valuation • TechCrunch

An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that Jasper’s valuation is $1.7 billion. It’s $1.5 billion; we regret the error.

As the enthusiasm around AI image and text generators grows, Jasper, a startup developing what it describes as an “AI content” platform, has raised $125 million at a $1.5 billion valuation. The tranche is the company’s first, remarkably, and comes as Jasper is in the process of acquiring AI startup Outwrite, a grammar and style checker with more than a million users worldwide.

CEO Dave Rogenmoser tells TechCrunch the funding will be put toward building out Jasper’s core products, improving the customer experience and bringing Jasper’s technology to more apps. Led by Insight Partners with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, Foundation Capital, Founders Circle Capital, Coatue and HubSpot Ventures, it’ll also support Jasper’s ongoing effort to fold the Outwrite brand under its own, he said, and unify the two companies ‘ offerings in 2023.

“To build a market leading company in generative AI we need the appropriate infrastructure — that’s what we’ll raise [new] capital for,” Rogenmoser told TechCrunch in an email interview. “We want to build a world-class business, [and] to do that we need capital and highly strategic partners.”

Rogenmoser launched Jasper early last year with JP Morgan and Chris Hull, who together largely bootstrapped the company. Rogenmoser is a Y Combinator alum, having co-founded Proof, a startup that used algorithms to customize businesses’ websites. Morgan and Hull — who have backgrounds in business-to-business marketing and process automation — also helped to co-launch Proof, whose technology laid the groundwork for Jasper.

“I’m a marketer by trade and have long been interested in AI and saw how it was becoming more tangible and accessible — moving from theory and academia into a transformative, applied technology that could help people,” Rogenmoser said. “With the advent of [OpenAI’s] GPT-3, we saw an opportunity to launch an AI content platform that could help businesses and professional creators brainstorm and do their work more quickly and efficiently.”

Jasper leverages AI to generate content for blog articles, social media posts, website copy and more. Using the platform, customers can describe in natural language what they want Jasper to write, whether a keyword-rich piece designed to rank well in search engines or existing content repurposed with additional context.

Plenty of startups also do this — Copy.ai, WriteSonic, Peppertype, Wordtune and Simplified to name a few. In fact, TechCrunch recently wrote a survey of the market for AI-powered, copy-generating adtech vendors, which is robust. Copysmith last April secured $10 million in financing for its AI-powered content generation platform, while Copy.ai closed a $10 million round in October.

Rogenmoser claims that Jasper’s language models — trained on 10% of the web and fine-tuned for “customer specificity” — set it apart. Among other apps and services, they power Jasper’s browser extension for Chrome that delivers contextual content recommendations across platforms including Google Docs, Gmail, Notion and Hubspot.

“The folks that will win at generative AI will be the ones that have the best feedback loops,” he said. “We’re committed to building the best feedback to AI loop.”

Jasper’s other differentiator, Rogenmoser says, is Jasper Art, a recently launched AI art-generating system. As with systems such as DALL-E 2, Jasper Art turns prompts into images, letting users adjust aspects like the medium (eg, “Canvas,” “Pastel”), art style (“Van Gogh”) and mood.

Jasper AI

While a number of free and paid alternatives to Jasper Art exist (see Stable Diffusion, Pixelz.ai and Midjourney, to name a few) Rogenmoser pitches it as an art-generating system specifically designed for marketing applications, like creating copyright-free stock photos . He says that one early adopter, Mongoose Media, is using Jasper Art to generate flat lays and backgrounds “at scale” around product images for its designers.

Of course, like other AI text-to-image systems, Jasper Art has limitations. An FAQ on the product page notes that the system, which has a content filter to attempt to detect “sensitive” or “unsafe” images, such as those depicting violence, might contain biases that lead it to generate images reinforcing negative stereotypes (like CEOs who are mostly white and male).

Under the terms of Jasper Art’s license, customers also don’t have the exclusive right to use generated images. The system’s generations are free for anyone to repurpose and remix — perhaps an attempt by Jasper to mitigate future intellectual property and fair use challenges. Systems like Jasper are often trained on billions of images from around the web, some of which are copyrighted, leading image hosts like Getty Images to ban AI-generated art for fear of sparking legal battles.

Rogenmoser acknowledged that there’s “much to be learned” about boundaries around AI content generation tools and what regulation might look like in the future.

“The major challenge that the AI generation industry faces is around ethics in regard to data and consumer acceptance,” he said. “While we are in constant awe of the power of our technology, we are viscerally aware of the responsibility that assigns us. We are committed to remaining accountable for the power of technology but we also acknowledge that our control is limited.”

The controversies haven’t scared marketers away, who appear eager to embrace AI technologies for text and image generation. According to a 2021 survey by Phrasee, 63% of marketers would consider investing in AI to generate and optimize ad copy. It’s an admittedly biased finding — Phrasee sells AI-powered copy generation software. But vendor-neutral analytics firm Statista reports that 87% of current AI adopters are already using, or considering using, AI for sales forecasting and improving their email marketing.

According to Rogenmoser, Jasper has more than 70,000 customers and generated $45 million in revenue last year. The company expects to end 2022 with over double that revenue — $75 million — buoyed by the buzz around AI for adtech and martech.

“We are a hypergrowth company that is also focused on profitability,” Rogenmoser said. “The pandemic has accelerated this business. As organizations look for ways to find efficiencies within teams, AI generation is the natural choice to augment creators and teams.”

Added Insight Partners’ Jeff Horing in an emailed statement: “It’s not often that you see a shift as significant as generative AI, and Jasper is positioned to be a platform to transform the way businesses develop content and convey ideas. The company has built an enormous community around AI in such a short time, and we see new use cases shared every day, including in the enterprise. We look forward to partnering with the Jasper team as they continue to grow and expand on their vision.”

  • Place onions and garlic into a blender or a large food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until you have a paste.

  • Spray the inside of the deli meat press with avocado oil spray and place the mixture into the press. Press down firmly.

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place the meat press into the water and boil on a low simmer for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

  • Place the unopened container in the fridge for 10 hours or overnight. Remove and slice. Enjoy as a sandwich with my protein sparing bread recipe or dehydrate in an oven or dehydrator for 6 hours on lowest temperature (155 degrees F) to make protein chips!

PSMF RIBBON BREAD

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth.

  • Heat a large 12 inch non-stick pan to medium heat. Lightly spray with avocado oil spray and dab it with a paper towel. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter all over the pan in and so it is a very thin crepe. Once the batter has set and is almost cooked through, gently flip the crepe (I used my fingers but be careful not to burn yourself). Cook another 30-60 seconds. Make sure the crepes don’t brown at all.

  • Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter.

  • Serve gyro meat in the PSMF pita bread (PSMF crepes). Add optional toppings if desired.

If you have been following the news, you may have seen that there is a dispute regarding Aretha Franklin’s estate plan. Her sons are in court fighting over her estate and multiple wills.

We can help you stay on top of the latest news that affects your everyday life. Subscribe to stay up to date. (To subscribe to our blog ).

Aretha Franklin died in 2018, and because she did not have a trust, she wills went through probate court where they are being disputed by her sons.

A Will from 2014 and two Wills from 2010 were found in Ms. Franklin’s home by her niece, following her death. The Wills were not the same and led to a dispute among her family as to which Will should be followed by the probate court.

Both of the 2010 Wills were found in a locked cabinet, however, the 2014 Will was found in a spiral notebook under couch cushions. The 2014 will be difficult to decipher and has words scratched out.

Her sons have been in and out of court fighting over the wills since her passing.

While Ms. Franklin attempted to create an estate plan, lamentably did not go as planned.

How can you avoid lengthy and costly probate disputes for your family?

  1. Work with an estate planning lawyer. If you seek professional help, they can help you get the correct documents in place, make sure they are legal and are in keeping with your wishes.
  2. Use the correct documents. If Ms. Franklin had utilized a trust, instead of a will, she may have been able to avoid painful legal disputes between her family. Her assets would also have had more protection from the legal expenses associated with probate court, the time and delays associated with probate court, and the publicity.
  3. Update your documents regularly and properly. We help our clients update their documents regularly to make sure they are correct. This needs to be done in a certain manner, to ensure there is no later dispute as to which document should be followed.

Proper estate planning can prevent your loved ones from costly and lengthy disputes.

Bland China data leaves market hungry for stimulus

A look at the day ahead in European and global markets from Wayne Cole

It could have been worse, is about the best that can be said of China’s data dump today. The Q2 GDP number of +0.8% q/q just pipped forecasts, but the y/y undershot at 6.3% suggests revisions somewhere to the past.

Industrial output in June beat by rising 4.4% on year, but retail sales missed at 3.1% and property sales suffered the largest monthly drop this year, so making for a rather mixed bag.

The market reaction was disgruntled with Chinese shares down and the yuan easing. Investors’ favorite liquid China proxy, the Aussie dollar, was modestly under water as analysts suspect Beijing will allow the yuan to keep depreciating as one form of indirect stimulus.

The data underlined the need for much more serious fiscal spending but Beijing seems in no hurry to satiate the market wishes this time. The central bank left one-year rates unchanged on Monday, and analysts seem to have resigned to wait for a Politburo meeting later this month for fresh steps.

Earnings season is well underway and Tesla is the first of the tech giants to report on Wednesday, with much riding on whether it can meet high expectations.

BofA expects it and the six other tech behemoths to boast earnings growth of an average of 19% over the next 12 months, more than double the 8% estimated for the rest of the S&P 500.

Worth noting that the phenomenal rise in the seven’s market capitalization will prompt a re-weighting of the Nasdaq on July 24, which will see their weighting fall to 44% of the index from 56%. Apple’s weighting will drop by around 4ppt to 12% and Microsoft the same to 10%.

Goldman Sachs says passive funds that track NDX will rebalance their portfolios but the 2011 special rebalance experience suggests the stock-level impact will be limited.

Key developments that could influence markets on Monday:

– ECB Board member Fabio Panetta at G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting in Gandhinagar, India

– ECB President Christine Lagarde gives pre-recorded speech, board members Frank Elderson and Philip R. Lane appear at 9th ECB conference on central, eastern and south-eastern European (CESEE) countries

– Federal Reserve Bank of New York issues Empire State Manufacturing Survey for July

Terminating Your Physician Employment Agreement

Many of our physician clients are unaware of their termination rights prior to meeting with us.

We can help you stay on top of the latest news that affects your everyday life. Subscribe to stay up to date. (To subscribe to our blog ).

If you want to terminate your employment, the first thing you need to do is read your contract.

Most physician employment agreements have substantial termination provisions. You need to know what yours says regarding termination with and without cause, what notice is required, and what other provisions will be triggered by termination.

Many times, employment agreements have an expiration date. For example, if the contract is a three year agreement with an effective date of January 1, 2023 the contract will expire on December 31, 2025. However, it is essential to be aware of any automatic renewal provisions. Some contracts require advance notice on the part of the physician to prevent the automatic renewal.

We also see many extensive provisions for termination without cause. Not all contracts include a termination without cause provision. A termination without cause provision allows you to terminate the contract for any reason or no reason at all. There is usually a requirement to provide written notice in advance, sometimes thirty days prior to termination, sometimes longer.

There are also often termination for cause provisionswhich will list reasons that enable physician to terminate the contract before the expiration date.

No matter the reason for termination, there may be other clauses that will be triggered. It is essential to carefully review every provision of your contract with your attorney to know what consequences or obligations may be triggered.

For example, if you have a non-compete provision, that may be triggered by any termination. There may also be other provisions that can be triggered such as repayment provisions, confidential information provisions, and more.

It is essential to read the entirety of the contract to know the consequences you will face if you terminate your employment agreement.

You also want to loop your attorney in early, so that they can help you understand the ramifications, but also so they can help you approach your employer appropriately. You may want to ask your employer to waive certain provisions and your attorney can help you draft any related amendments.

We help our clients understand their contracts, potential consequences, and best routes for termination.

What is an Irrevocable Trust?

A trust is an estate planning tool that allows a person to control their assets during their lifetime and make provisions for incapacity and death. Many trusts are revocable, however, irrevocable trusts can be an incredibly useful way to plan for your future.

We can help you stay on top of the latest news that affects your everyday life. Subscribe to stay up to date. (To subscribe to our blog ).

One thing you should know about irrevocable trusts is that, unlike revocable or living trusts, irrevocable trusts cannot be changed or amended. They are set in stone.

A second thing that you should know about irrevocable trusts is that they have significant advantages and unique disadvantages.

Irrevocable trusts are often used as a person advances in age. Once they know that their circumstances are unlikely to change, we sometimes recommend the use of an irrevocable trust for their estate plan.

Why would someone want an estate plan that they cannot change?

Irrevocable trusts offer many advantages. These include:

  • They can prevent loss of assets if long-term care is necessary,
  • Reduction of estate tax complications and reduction of taxes,
  • protection against creditors,
  • They can utilize special features to build wealth for future generations,
  • and more.

However, there are many drawbacks of an irrevocable trust as well. Some of these include:

  • They cannot be changed, so no revisions will be allowed,
  • They can be costly to draft,
  • A tax return will need to be filed each year, and
  • There is loss of control.

The third thing that you should know about irrevocable trusts is that many of the drawbacks can be remedied by careful drafting.

We help our clients decide if an irrevocable living trust is right for them. If it is we find ways to draft around potential issues and downsides, such as putting in language allowing the grantor to replace the trustee if they are not acting appropriately.

Let us know if you have questions as to whether an irrevocable living trust is right for you or your loved ones.
