HOW TO MAKE PROTEIN SPARING IRISH CREAM
To make my protein sparing Irish Cream, I used peanut butter. Equip Prime Protein powder!

Protein Sparing Irish Cream
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. When ready to serve, use a stick blender to loosen the Irish Cream (it will thicken up if it sits in the fridge overnight).
